Noir Furniture (www.noirfurniturela.com) reports that it will highlight features from their illuminating lighting collection and new designs at the Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas Winter Markets in January 2018. These new creations join Noir’s full range of styles that include Classical, Traditional, Mid-‐Century Modern and Modern. Each Noir collection is a quality heirloom product that is crafted using sustainable materials such as marble along with handmade construction techniques. This season, Noir will continue to highlight their recently introduced “Washed Walnut” finish which can be seen in select items. Noir will showcase their designs in Atlanta from Jan. 9-‐16, 2018 at AmericasMart B1.13-‐B5, Dallas from Jan. 17-‐21, 2018 at Dallas Market Center, as well as Las Vegas Market from Jan. 28 – Feb 1, 2018 at #C399.

The pieces being introduced at the 2018 Winter Markets complement the designs that Noir most recently presented at Fall High Point Market 2017. The new designs have Noir’s signature use of natural elements. The brass and metal collections balance the wood finishes that are a staple of Noir’s collection. The market introductions accompany Noir’s monthly introductions, the monthly unveilings allow Noir to showcase their innovative and creative spirit which sets the company apart in the industry. Each hand-‐crafted piece is part of the 1200 Noir designs that complement each other because they are meticulously hand designed to scale by Swiss-‐born Georg Baehler.

Noir’s commitment to manufacturing using sustainable materials has been seen throughout each collection and is a key feature of each Noir design. This commitment will continue to be seen at the upcoming markets. This commitment highlights the top-‐quality products that are expected from Noir. The use of properly dried solid woods as well as steel in construction provides a greater durability.

Some of the Noir highlights that can be seen during the 2018 Winter Markets include the Scalene Sideboard (#GCON282) This contrasting bleached and dark stained walnut cabinet incorporates uneven scalene triangles to create a geometric patterned cabinet. Noir’s innovation can also be seen in two new chandeliers, the Scala Chandelier (#LAMP683) and the Alex Chandelier (#LAMP627ASV). The Scala Chandelier is created with hand blown glass and is arranged as its name suggests, in a stepped pattern that creates a dramatic and unusual square design. The Alex Chandelier, is inspired by a child’s mobile and has a multi-‐dimensional fixture creating a “3-‐D” quality to it. Both chandeliers are only a part of Noir’s exquisite lighting collection.

This season, we will also see the Thor Sculpture (AR279) and the Tibby Bowl (#AM-‐ 231BM). The Thor Sculpture is a “watchful” sculpture that incorporates exaggerated features with the softened appearance made of fiber cement. The Tibby Bowl, is inspired by the use of marble. This marble pedestal bowl, removes the “foot” for a more contemporary look and is available in black and white marble. Noir’s element of surprise designs is emphasized in the Ra Sideboard (#GCON280HBT). The “RA” or sun sideboard, uses carving across the 4 doors to create a teak sun like sculpted front. This textural fronted cabinet is encased in a contrasting mahogany shell. These highlighted pieces are only a snapshot of the collection that Noir will showcase at the upcoming 2018 Winter Markets.
