The showrooms at SOFA: Source of Furniture + Accessories are currently preparing for the Canadian Home Furnishings Market (TCHFM) January 15-18, 2011. Presenting their products and unveiling new collections, the showrooms at SOFA are redesigning and updating their spaces. Two of the SOFA showrooms, Dine-Art Inc and Buhler Furniture have announced showroom relocations and renovations, which will be completed in time for the TCHFM.

Dine-Art Inc, specialists in the conception, design and marketing of European contemporary and traditional styled dining room furniture will relocate to a newly designed showroom in Suite 227. Located adjacent to their previous Suite 225, the new showroom allows Dine-Art a new larger area to showcase the company’s quality Canadian made furniture.

“The new showroom is coming along great,” says Valerie Bush, JMA Sales Agent for Dine-Art Inc. “The new space allows for the perfect amount of room to showcase all our collections.” Creating a completely new look and feel, the new showroom gives visitors to Dine-Art the chance to view products in an entirely new light. Dine-Art will introduce new collection pieces this January 2011, while still showcasing the companies same great collections.

Buhler Furniture, manufacturers of quality wood furniture made in Winnipeg, Manitoba will relocate their current SOFA showroom in Suite 204, to a much larger space in Suite 212. The larger showroom will allow Buhler Furniture the space they need to showcase their ever popular collections of premium North American Oak and Maple Furniture, which comes in multiple styles and finishes.

“We are extremely excited for the relocation and renovation of the Buhler Showroom at SOFA” said David Falk, Executive Vice President of Buhler Furniture. “With Buhler’s move in to the Bedroom Market and number of upcoming new models launching, the new showroom is sure to be a popular stop during The Canadian Home Furnishing Market – and we welcome it!”

Recognizing the demand for furniture in smaller living spaces, Buhler’s new showroom will launch their “Small Space Therapy” line, perfect for condo and apartment living, while continuing to showcase Buhler’s signature collections.

With all the exciting SOFA Showroom renovations and redesigns currently underway for TCHFM, there will be plenty to see and discover. For more information contact Tazia Harris, SOFA Coordinator; tharris@internationalcentre.com.
