Outward Will Be a Lead Sponsor of Upcoming WithIt Professional Conference

Outward, Inc., an independent Williams-Sonoma, Inc. company, is one of the lead sponsors for this year’s WithIt Professional Conference, which is scheduled to take place from June 22 to June 24 in Alexandria, Va. The networking conference, which is known as the home and furnishings industry’s best forum for professional development to build today’s leaders, caters to women in the home and furnishings sector.

The conference kicks off with an opening reception at noon on June 22. On June 23 and 24, keynote speakers will touch on all aspects of personal development. Global workforce expert, Dr. Shirley Davis, will be discussing inclusive leadership and each attendee will receive a free copy of her book, “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Dummies,” on behalf of Outward, Inc.

The conference will also include breakout sessions, a cocktail reception, a special 25th anniversary celebration and more. It will be held at The Westin Alexandria Old Town in Alexandria, Va.
