Gold Bond Appoints Stacy Pedersen CFO

Gold Bond Mattress has appointed Stacy Pedersen its chief financial officer. Pedersen joins the independent
mattress manufacturer from the technology industry, where she worked for the past 15 years.
Pedersen most recently was the controller and compliance manager at Lumi Agency, a Connecticut-based
creative digital agency, where she directed financial strategy and processes, including budgeting, accounting,
forecasting, billing, accounts payable and receivable, auditing and risk management. Prior to this role, she held
similar positions at IPwe, a technology IP startup company, and Northstar Wealth Partners, a financial services
organization.
“Stacy brings a broad range of industry and finance experiences to our team, which we expect will
add to the effectiveness and efficiency of our finance team. She has already begun to have a positive effect on our
business operations,” said Bob Naboicheck, CEO of Gold Bond.
Pedersen received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Saint Joseph and her
master’s of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut.
She is a member of the United Way’s Emerging Leaders Society.
Pedersen resides with her family in East Hampton, Connecticut.
