Bernards Furniture Hosts First-Ever Panel During High Point Market

Bernards Furniture, a whole home furniture supplier dedicated to providing on trend and trend leading designs, will present its first-ever panel discussion titled Champions of Design: Exploring the Future of Furnishings, during the High Point Fall Market. The event will take place on Oct. 27, from 3-4 p.m. in the Bernards Furniture showroom located at the Atrium on Main Street, Suite 201.

The highly anticipated, forward-thinking panel will bring together a diverse group of industry experts to explore what is shaping consumer behavior and how innovation and practical design are transforming the future of furniture. They will also address how the evolution of the luxury hotel and resort industries are influencing residential design trends, creating new opportunities in both the furniture and interior design sectors. Additionally, the conversation will focus on the growing importance of sustainability and neurodiversity in design, essential topics for both commercial and residential spaces.

Moderated by Cindy Hodnett, executive editor, brand development at Furniture Today, the discussion will cover the latest research, technologies and design enhancements that are driving success for manufacturers, retailers, and designers alike. The esteemed panelists are experts in their fields.

Nancy Fire is the chief inspiration officer and founder of Nancy Fire Designs. She is recognized as one of the leading lifestyle and design experts in the world.

Stephanie Lena, an award-winning furniture designer at LENAdesign, studies the way consumers shop and decorate their homes so that her furniture designs are on trend and on time.

Jane Dagmi is the managing director of High Point by Design and former editor in chief of Designer’s Today. She is a creative educator, a storyteller and a design enthusiast by nature.

Justin Kwan, head of growth at Fashion Snoops, a trend forecasting service, drives

innovation and improves creative processes for clients through new design strategies and business intelligence.
