Kingsdown Launches Redesigned Consumer-Focused Website with Enhanced Shopping Features

Luxury mattress manufacturer Kingsdown Inc. has unveiled a redesigned website, kingsdown.com, featuring a fresh look and several consumer-friendly tools aimed at enhancing the shopping experience. The new site is optimized for both online and in-store shoppers, with AI-generated images showcasing products and a streamlined interface for easier browsing.

The new website is designed to simplify navigation, allowing consumers to explore Kingsdown’s product offerings more easily. In a consumer-centric and channel-agnostic approach, the site enables users to shop in-store, through a retailer’s website, or directly online via Kingsdown’s e-commerce partners or Kingsdown itself.

Enhanced Features for an Informed Shopping Experience
Product pages on the redesigned site have been significantly upgraded to offer detailed information about each mattress, including specifications, materials, and available sizes—crucial for consumers researching online before making a purchase decision.

The site also includes a dedicated page for bedMATCH, Kingsdown’s diagnostic tool. The system allows users to create a profile and take an online quiz that gathers physical data such as height, weight distribution, and pain criteria. Based on the input, bedMATCH recommends the best-personalized mattress option tailored to each user’s needs.

Another new feature is the optimized reviews page, which provides potential buyers with insights from over 10,000 previous customers. Through the “Sleep. Love. Share.” program, consumers are encouraged to leave reviews after purchasing a mattress by scanning a QR code on the product. Those who participate receive a discount on future accessory purchases from Kingsdown’s online store.
