Dorel Home, a division of Dorel Industries Inc., is spotlighting new product innovations and
trending design themes in its 30,000-square-foot showroom at this Fall's High Point Market. The company, known for
its ready-to-assemble home furnishings, is featuring four key design themes: Grand Simplicity, Soft Minimalism,
Vintage, and Americana.
During Market week, Dorel Home is introducing a range of innovative products, including cabinet beds with tri-folding
mattresses, creative bunk bed designs, and upgraded fireplaces with new firebox technology. In the upholstery
category, the company is showcasing performance fabrics on its top-selling items, such as green or ivory corduroy on
the Novogratz Brittany Futon and a tan basket weave on the new Novogratz Tallulah Futon.
“Our upholstery business is all about innovation and pushing boundaries in design, comfort, and
sustainability,” said celebrity designers Robert and Cortney Novogratz, who will be presenting new products at
the show. “We’ve got a new, exceptional product development team at Dorel, and we’re thrilled by
the forward-thinking energy they’re bringing. Everyone's focused on making our furniture more affordable,
comfortable, and stylish. Expect vibrant colors and earthy tones that reflect current trends—it's about
creating spaces that feel alive and personal.”
Showcasing Trending Themes
Dorel Home’s showroom will bring its four design themes to life with new collections:
- Thornhill Collection: This collection embodies Grand Simplicity with modern, bold
elements, featuring pieces like a TV console, end table, coffee table, and dressers.
- Arbor Collection: Reflecting Soft Minimalism, the Arbor Collection includes an accent
cabinet and fireplace with natural, intricate details.
- Farmington Collection: A revamped version of this classic line captures the Americana
style with barn-door dressers and a wardrobe.
- Burl Block Collection: Inspired by 1970s décor, this Vintage collection
features burl veneer and chunky designs for a retro feel.
Visitors can explore these design trends in person at the Dorel Home showroom in the Commerce & Design building
(8N, 9A, Floor 9) during the High Point Market.
