Joel Garrison, Garrison's Furniture Wins Nice Guy Award

At the recent Georgia Home Furnishings Association Convention in Hilton Head Island, SC, the 1999 "Nice Guy Award" was presented. This year's recipient was Joel Garrison of Garrison's Furniture in Canton, GA. The Nice Guy Award, sponsored by the Georgia Home Furnishings Representatives Association, is designed to create and promote good relationships between the dealer and the representative by recognizing the outstanding characteristics and achievements by individual retailers. Each recipient is recognized for their warmth and friendliness, they exhibit good business ethics, they are fair in the treatment of their fellow man, and honest in their trade relationships. Garrison currently serves on the Georgia Home Furnishings Association Board of Directors, and he is to be congratulated for this honor.
