K. Patrick Smith joins Worldwide Logistics as VP Sales & Marketing

Worldwide Logistics announced that K. Patrick Smith has joined WWL as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Smith was most recently the President of Cargo Consolidation Services, Inc. a Claremont, NC based Transportation Company. In his new position he will report to Dan Hunt CEO & President with an office at the Valdese, NC location.

Mr. Smith is an active member, past president and executive committee member of the American Furniture Manufacturers Supplier Division, Furniture Foundation Board of Directors, along with participation in the National Home Furnishings Association, and Specialized Furniture Carriers Association.

Mr. Hunt says this is a great opportunity for WWL, with the addition of Pat Smith to bring experienced leadership to a veteran sales team. I feel we have the most experienced and knowledgeable sales team in the industry to support our customer base and their future transportation needs.
