HTL, Trend Furniture, and Domicil Open New Showroom in High Point

HTL International Group of Companies, HTL, Trend Furniture, and Domicil announced the opening of a new 48,000 square foot showroom in Plaza Suites #400 for the upcoming High Point Market, April 17-22. The new showroom, designed by the German firm Aikadesign, goes to great lengths to create an environment that demonstrates the companies’ style and dedication to trend-setting products. HTL Furniture was previously occupying an 18,000 square foot showroom on the second floor of Plaza Suites, so they have more than doubled their showroom space in High Point.
“We are very excited to open the doors on our incredible new showroom at Plaza Suites,” said Brian Parker, president of HTL Furniture. “This is the perfect location and environment to show our growing lines of HTL and Trend Furniture and to launch our newest company, Domicil.”
These three free-standing companies, all owned by HTL International, each has its own product focus filling different market niches for their customers.
HTL
HTL continues to focus on inspiring designs and a service-related business model. HTL's keys on leather and fabric stationary and motion upholstery in cutting edge styling with a devotion to mixability of product and quick lead times.
Trend Furniture
Trends Furniture, introduced in 2009, continues to focus on value-oriented product in motion and stationary upholstery. The company has recognized synergies within the group and continues to offer great emphasis on higher value product in a container only offering. New offerings this market will consist of 14 new motion correlate groups and five new stationary groups.
Domicil
This April, Domicil will be officially launched in the US market. Domicil is an up-market lifestyle German brand with great world-wide recognition. The product will be offered in a shop in shop environment with extensive focus on brand awareness and recognition. Domicil is an existing retail concept in HTL Group's key markets of Europe, Australia, and Asia.
Domicil is the third of HTL International Group of Companies to be introduced in the United States. With its ten thousand square foot retail store within the showroom, it will add to the ambiance and create an inspired mood.
“HTL has been showing with us in High Point since 2002 when they started out in a 7000 square foot showroom in Plaza Suites,” said Jim Gooding, vice president of sales for MMPI High Point. “It’s been exciting to see this company prosper and grow over the years, and we are thrilled to have been a part of it.”
Grand Opening Celebration: HTL , Trends Furniture and Domicil will be celebrating the Grand Opening of their new showroom with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:00 pm, Saturday, April 17, followed by a reception from 5-7 pm.
