We intend this information to free shoppers from clouds of doubt and help them to realize the joy in furnishing a home.” Furniture Review will be available at market at the Furniture Discovery Center, Bienenstock Furniture Library, and at ten market bookstand locations. THE NEED: WHY “FURNITURE REVIEW”? “Research shows that 36% of furniture shoppers give up in exasperation and spend no money, says Britt Beemer, chairman of America1s Research Group. The reason people don’t buy Beemer says is “that they can’t make an INFORMED decision. . .84 percent of shoppers...say they can’t measure quality in upholstery. . . 66 percent in case goods.” For more information on this new publication e-mail charlesutton@furninfo.com.
