Full line furniture source AICO/Amini Innovation, Corp. reported that it presented three award categories at its annual holiday party at the Island Hotel in Newport Beach, CA on Saturday, Dec.4. Founder and CEO, Michael Amini said, “This annual event has become a great opportunity to share the spirit of the season with our associates, industry partners and family.”
Ted Hsu, Director of Information Technology, was the recipient of the 2010 Employee of the Year. Hsu has been with AICO for over seven years, and has diligently dedicated his time and efforts to help contribute to the company’s thriving success. “Every year, it is a challenge to choose a winner for this award,” said Amini. “However, Ted stood out this year, as his contributions in exceptional work were justly notable.”
The Spirit of Excellence Award was presented to Angela Muzila, Assistant Director of Financial Services, for her outstanding attitude and in recognition of her commitment and energy. Muzila has been with the company for over ten years, and has played a large role in working with customers in dealing with complicated financial issues.
The Partners in Progress Awards were presented to Frank Chang, JA Tang, Andy Rubio, and G.H. Yang as outstanding supplier partners. “Our business partners have devoted so much to AICO throughout the years and we are extremely fortunate to be associated with such strong individuals and companies,” said Martin Ploy, AICO’s President.
