Women in the Home Industries Today (WithIt) will present exclusive and original research on how Generation X views the home furnishings industry on Feb. 5 as the kick-off for the upcoming Leadership Conference, entitled “Taking the Lead.” Sponsored by WithIt and Young Home Furnishings Executives (YHFE), the conference also will feature Stephen Covey’s 4 Roles of Leadership on Feb. 6 and 7. All events take place at the Airport Marriott in Greensboro, N.C.
