House of Denmark Project Awarded to The Garrison Company

Construction is underway for furniture retailer, House of Denmark's new Office and Warehouse facility at E. Holly Road and I-75, in Holly, Michigan. Construction will continue through the winter and is expected to be complete by June of 2001. The Garrison Company of Farmington Hills, Michigan is construction manager for this 90,000 square foot facility, which will include administrative offices, window display areas, a customer service area, and a large warehouse. Joseph F. Savin of Birmingham is the project's architect. Established in 1954, The Garrison Company is known for its success in providing industrial and commercial clients with planning, design, engineering and construction services. Projects include new facility construction, expansions, and renovations of existing facilities for customers in a variety of market sectors, including municipal, healthcare, commercial, retail, educational, recreational and manufacturing enterprises.
