John Buckman, Vice-President, of Schweiger Division of KCS announced the introduction of four new upholstery collections and expanded casegoods offerings at the October International Home Furnishings Market in High Point, N.C. They include: - NORTHWOODS -- carved accents of pinecones and branches decorate this upholstery collection. Carved ducks and deer decorate matching tables. A beautiful entertainment center, a new product category for this upholstery manufacturer, is also part of the collection. - FOSSIL -- a fossilized leaf pattern embedded in metal and then in wood decorates this distinctive collection of upholstery and tables. - NAIROBI -- carved accents decorate this collection with a unique safari theme. Matching tables, curio, console, and mirror are included. - URBAN LOFT -- a younger look for the urban professional featuring a low, deep seat, an armless wing chair, and clean, contemporary tables of solid maple. "Although this has been a difficult year for our industry, it's gratifying to see that Schweiger has enjoyed the exceptional growth that it has." said Buckman. "Our collections have a lot of styling for the price enabling retailers to give their customers tremendous recognizable value," he said. Observed Buckman, "This year, our success with coordinating tables has encouraged us to expand our product line to include a complete room of furnishings. We call it our 'whole room' concept and it is a major contributor to our growth." For more information contact Schweiger Division Of KCS, E-mail: schweiger@execpc.com.
