Oriental Weavers Group Donates To Assist Victims Of Tragedy

The staff and management of Oriental Weavers Group and its Associate Companies would like to express their sorrow over the recent terrorist attacks and extend deep sympathy to all those who suffered and to those who have lost loved ones. Accordingly, the company has donated $20,000 to the American Red Cross and the New York Times 9/11 Neediest Fund. Mohamed Farid Khamis, Chairman of Oriental Weavers Group, states: "We share with you the profound grief you are feeling over this tragic event, and condemn such attacks causing grave damage to innocent lives and properties. We in Egypt have also suffered terrorism. We have experienced first-hand the pain caused by such mindless deeds. We join you in praying that such incidents never happen again, and all may coexist peacefully. May God bless you all."
