Several retailers, including Conlin’s Furniture and La-Z-Boy® of Indianapolis, are already using GERS’ new reporting function to automatically collect and submit warranty information to Stainsafe® once a sale is complete. This allows retailers to eliminate paperwork and reduce transaction time at the point of sale for improved customer service. The retailer no longer needs to worry about retaining sales data for the life of the warranties.
