Larry Rinaldi Departs Arbek, Santanello And Mcpherson To Head Sales & Marketing Posts

Carlos Morales, president of Arbek Manufacturing Co., Inc. reported the resignation of Larry Rinaldi, president of sales and marketing effective January 15. "We are disappointed to see Larry leave. He has been a valuable member of the Arbek team for many years, and along with the rest of our staff, has contributed greatly a to our growth and success. We wish him the best and keep him and his family in our prayers as he takes on new challenges," Morales said. Rinaldi cited personal reasons for his departure. Following Rinaldi's departure, Bud Cunningham, vice president and general manager of Arbek, announced the reorganization of the company's sales department with several long time team members absorbing the bulk of Rinaldi's responsibilities. Jeff Santanello has been promoted to the newly created post of national sales manager. Santanello, who has, been with Arbek over 7 years, most recently as corporate sales director, will take on the additional responsibilities of new account development, existing account management and the supervision of all sales efforts in the field. "Jeff has an excellent reputation for superior service among our customers, and we feel that he has the drive and talent necessary to offer the best. support for current customers and explore new business opportunities,"Cunningham stated. Michelle McPherson, national marketing director, will be fully responsible for advertising, sales materials, marketing presence and other promotional efforts. McPherson has been with Arbek for over 13 years. Both Santanello and McPherson will oversee all in house sales and service team members and assist in the develop of new product lines. Morales noted that he, Cunningham and partner Daniel Torres will share travel with Santanello to visit accounts and explore new marketing opportunities. "The Arbek sales force has always relied on strong team participation, with all members focused on the needs of each of our customers," the company president observed. "we know that Jeff, Michele, and our in-house sales staff, as well as our outside sales representative team all share the same dedication to service and have the talent to continue to grow Arbek's sales in the coming years."
