Visionware Systems has developed a truly innovative sales force automation software product, Electronic Sample Bag (ESB), that equips the sales team with a full line of crystal-clear virtual samples and the supporting data. Color literature illustrates the ease with which sales people can confirm inventory, delivery, color or style choices, pricing, contact management history and expedite ordering, all from a laptop. ESB is easy to use, even by field salespeople with limited computer experience. Open-ended, customizable modules can be selected to meet current sales force automation needs, while leaving the option available to add successive supplemental modules, as desired. Modules include ESB 2000 Visual, which features superior graphics, animated 3-D images that rotate to display a 3600 view of the product, multimedia presentations, contact management, account status and history, product trends, reporting, territory plotting features, ordering, returns entry, product line search functions, on-line inventory information, automated faxing, and e-mail. For companies that do not require the visual component, ESB Data captures all of the functionality without the visual imagery. Internal customer sales representatives can also benefit from the ESB Customer Service Rolodex module. With all of the product images, features, benefits, specifications, and cross-references instantly available on the search screen, even the most inexperienced representative can increase customer service efficiency and personalization. Presentation of your catalog on a stand-alone CD is available with the Inspect module. Your customer can view and order from Inspect on their own time and electronically replenish low inventory between rep visits. "Build Your Own" components of the ESB 2000 system are available for total "Do-It-Yourself" customization. Components include contact management (synchronized with Microsoft Outlook), via the Customer Master and Ordering module that accesses and updates customer specific information. The Crystal Ball module plots a reps territory and predicts what products should be shown, and when accounts should be visited. Understanding your customer's business, and their selling patterns, permits your sales reps to make educated recommendations and create proactive, productive business plans that demonstrate the level of "value added" services you provide. A convenient Catalog Printer module permits the sales rep to print out customized sheets with graphics on-demand as a "leave-behind". High quality graphics and a features and benefits statement make this option essential for updating customers by adding new items to a printed catalog, as soon as the item becomes available, without necessitating a reprint of the entire catalog.
