Unfinished Furniture Association Announces 2002-2003 Board Of Directors

The Unfinished Furniture Association (UFA) is pleased to announce the newly elected members to the 2002-2003 board of directors. In the Northeastern region, elected positions are retailers, Wendy Nusbaum of Bare Wood House in Finksburg, MD and Michael Nagle of Unpainted Furniture Store in Malvern, PA. In the Western region, manufacturer Erik Qua of Quality Craft Inc. in National City, CA, was elected. The newly elected board members join officers: Sylvia Thompson of Sonshine Furniture, Aurora, CO, president; Dave Sommer of Sommer Sales and Marketing, Chester, VT, vice president; Jack Campbell of Woodcraft Industries, State College, PA, secretary; Thomas Habers of Century Furniture, Holland, MI, treasurer; and Susan Samter of John Greenleaf/Whittier Wood Products, Eugene, OR, past president. "On behalf of the association, I would like to welcome the newly elected members and thank them for volunteering to serve the industry and community," said Sylvia Thompson, UFA President. "I anticipate working with this new board will be a great experience and am excited about all the new opportunities on the horizon for UFA."
