Bassett Signs Internationally Known Interior Commentator

As part of an on-going effort to enhance the Bassett brand and empower women in their decorative choices, Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc- (NASDAQ: BSET) announced they have signed nationally-known interior design commentator Chris Casson Madden to offer her expertise on home fashion trends, decorating and home furnishings. Ms. Madden is the author of several best selling books, contributing design editor for Ladies Home Journal, host of HGTV's popular show, "Interiors By Design," and frequent contributor to the "Oprah Show," and the "Today Show." The new relationship is the first time Ms. Madden has agreed to work, with a manufacturer. "We're very happy to have Chris join our team," said Bassett President and COO Robert H.
