Beaulieu of America Announces CFO Retirement

Carl M. Bouckaert, Chairman and CFO of Beaulieu Group, LLC, announced that Larry Swanson, Chief Financial Officer for Beaulieu, will effective June 30, 1999. Swanson had served as President of Coronet Industries, Inc. , from November 1991 through October 1997, when he was promoted to CFO for the Beaulieu Group of companies. Swanson served as CFO as Beaulieu grew through acquisition and internal growth. Bouckaert stated, "Larry has been a great friend for 20 years and has greatly contributed to the company's success."
