Formica Corporation announced two new additions to the company's management team. Richard N. (Dick) Nicholas as Vice President-Finance and Joel Sutherland as Vice President-Logistics for the North American operations. Nicholas has 25 years experience in financial and general management with ITT Corporation. He earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Providence College. "Dick's very strong financial background, including substantial controller experience' combined with his general management skills and experience, give him an excellent perspective for leading our financial organization and playing a key role on our management team "d operating committee," said Albert (Duff) Young, President Formica Corporation North America. Joel Sutherland has more than 23 years of logistics experience with positions at Montfort Corporation (a division of Con Agra), ResourceNet Intentional (a division of International Paper), Nippondenso Company and CSX/Sea Land Logistics Company, He earned his bachelor's degree in Logistics from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Pepperdine University. "Joel is a very strong leader who brings a wealth of experience to out Logistics team," said Young. "Joel's skills will help us focus on our number one priority of improving service levels.''
