Open Letter To The Industry From Mark Strobel: Kim Kays, age 54, has cancer. His doctors say he has two to four months to live, perhaps six months with radiation treatment. The tumor on his kidney is larger than the kidney and the cancer has spread to his lung, bones, and brain. Kim has a wife, Mary Carol, who teaches school, and two daughters, Sarah, age 18, and Molly, age 14. Sarah is planning to attend college this fall. Kim had stores called California Waterbeds and California Bedrooms. Then the stores were forced to close. For the last ten years Kim has worked as an independent sales representative calling on furniture stores. Please send money to help this family. It will be used for possible treatments, family expenses, and a college fund for his two daughters. All the money will go directly to this family with no administrative expenses. Your contribution is tax deductible for you, your company, or an employee pool. Make checks payable to Middletown United Methodist Church, for Kim Kays Cancer Fund. You can also get their address at: www.middletownumc.org or phone: 502-245-8839. Please send what you can to: Kim Kays Cancer Fund Middletown United Methodist Church 11902 Old Shelbyville Rd. Middletown, KY  40243 Imagine yourself or a loved one in Kim’s place. Kim Kays is a very good friend of mine. Thank you for helping him and his family by giving generously. Sincerely, Mark Strobel President Strobel Technologies Specialty Mattresses
