Butler Specialty Company, a leading manufacturer of accent furniture, announced the addition of three new sales representatives to its growing team. Gary and Chris Wilga began representing Butler in July. This father-son team covers Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas. Gary has been selling furniture for 32 years, and Chris has been in the business for eight years. They are natives of New York and moved to Arizona eight years ago. The Wilgas pursued the opportunity with Butler because they see a tremendous opportunity for its growing and diverse line of accent furniture in the Southwest. “They do the best accent furniture around,” Gary Wilga said, “and we're going to make sure people in this area know that. Steve Karb joined Butler last month to cover the Chicago/Milwaukee area. He has been selling furniture since 1989 and specializes in occasional furniture. He is a Chicago native. “I chose Butler because I believe it is among the top lines available today,” Karb said. “Butler accent furniture offers such extraordinary breadth with virtually every style and price point that I am very excited to be representing this line.” Dan Sumner, vice president of sales and marketing, said Gary Wilga's, Chris Wilga's and Steve Karb's familiarity with their respective territories, their experience selling a variety of strong furniture lines, and their excellent reputations among retailers will give Butler powerful new advocates in these very important markets. Butler, which produces exclusively accent furniture, will celebrate its 75th birthday next year. This Chicago-based company was founded by two men in 1930 and is managed today by second and third generations. It has specialized in accent furniture longer than any other company in America and offers the broadest line in the industry. Products include chests, tables, benches, chairs, game tables, console cabinets, secretaries, armoires, bars, entertainment centers, headboards, fireplace screens, desks, pedestals, mirrors and globes.
