Named to three-year terms are Dougan Clarke, TUUCI, Miami, Fla.; Oliver Ma, Treasure Garden Inc., Baldwin Park, Calif.; John Mulholland, Rock Wood Casual Furniture, Niagara Falls, N.Y.; Phillip Murch, Olympia Lighting Products Inc., Pompano Beach, Fla.; and Henry Vanderminden IV, Telescope Casual Furniture Inc., Granville, N.Y. Accepting two-year terms are Ken Burrows, Terra Furniture Inc., City of Industry, Calif.; Bill Echols, Brown Jordan International, Pompano Beach, Fla.; Lloyd Gilick, The Pride Family Brands, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Happy Land, Coastal Hammock Company, Surfside Beach, S.C.; and Paul Varshney, Suncoast Aluminum Furniture, Fort Myers, Fla. Serving one-year terms are Dean Engelage, Woodard Inc., Chicago, Ill.; Mark Fillhouer, Homecrest Industries, Wadena, Minn.; Mark Gorr, Tropitone Furniture Company, Irvine, Calif.; Brian Lee, O.W. Lee Company, Ontario, Calif.; and Charles Vernon, Gloster Furniture Company, South Boston, Va. SCFMA officers serve two-year terms. Completing their terms of office at the end of 2004 will be Dudley K. Flanders, Lloyd Flanders Industries, Fort Smith, Ark., president; Merv Conn, Minson Corp., Montebello, Calif., first vice president; and Rory Rehmert, Meadowcraft, Birmingham, Ala., second vice president. Gary McCray, Laneventure, Conover, N.C. is chairman of the SCFMA Board. The Summer and Casual Furniture Manufacturers Association is headquartered in High Point, N.C., and represents more than 80 leading U.S. manufacturers of summer and casual products.
