Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. President and CEO Jack Kliger announced that the new magazine with celebrity designer, television personality and best-selling author Chris Madden has been named At Home with Chris Madden. Set to debut on May 3, the magazine will explore Madden's unique decorating philosophy based on the themes of renewal, celebration and simplicity. At Home with Chris Madden will illustrate her wealth of decorating know-how gleaned from over two decades that have been dedicated to her mission of turning homes into havens.
"I'm thrilled that we're calling my new magazine At Home With Chris Madden," she notes. "It really captures my belief that our homes are places of sanctuary and rejuvenation." Madden, who serves as the title's editorial director, works alongside Olivia Monjo, editor-in-chief of Hachette's Special Interest Publications division. Jim Fraguela, vice president and publisher, oversees the business side.
The At Home With Chris Madden name was selected in part by a Hachette reader panel that consists of nearly 150,000 members nationwide. Eighty-two percent of the panel selected this title from various choices before determining their favorite.
