Bruce Miller of IHFC To Retire From CEO Post Of The High Point Building

The Board of Directors of IHFC (High Point) announced that Bruce Miller, CEO will retire on January 1, 2006. Tom Lindh, President and COO since 2003 will take on the added responsibility of CEO. Miller who has been CEO since 1986 will continue to serve as a Director of IHFC and will be available to management for consultation. Tom Lindh joined the IHFC management team as Executive Vice President in 1999. He was previously City Executive for the Bank of America, the second largest bank in the USA where he also held executive positions over a 16-year period. Bruce Miller came to IHFC from Lynchburg, VA where he had been CEO of Craddock Terry Shoe Corp., one of the nation's largest shoe manufacturers and retailers. Prior to that hew was Director of International Operations for Avon Products. Robert H. Spillman, Board Chairman of IHFC stated that, "the transition will continue to provide strong leadership to both IHFC and High Point's market dominance."
