Symetri Releases New Sales Force Automation Software

Symetri Corporation announced the release of Symetri Sales Express, the company’s newest, customizable, software tool for sales force automation and reporting. This application is designed to integrate and share information between manufacturers and their sales teams for the purpose of creating and capitalizing on more revenue opportunities. Symetri Sales Express combines advanced data technology with straightforward, easy-to-understand user functions. In 2002, Symetri acquired the Know-It software suite of sales force programs from Rightlinx. Following extensive revisions, the company relaunched Know-It in May of that same year with enhanced features. With the new Sales Express software, Symetri President Ron Jones, Jr. said, “We have taken the reporting strength of Know-It and combined it with a whole new range of technical capabilities creating a software tool that is powerful, but also quick and easy to use.” Features of Symetri Sales Express include a centralized database that can be shared with multiple applications, simple set-up procedures for both manufacturer and user, speedy system administration tools and processes that eliminate the need to build and process large load files or reloads. One of Symetri’s leading clients, Broyhill Furniture Industries, provided key administrative and field-testing of the Sales Express software, ensuring that the applications are pertinent and operate easily and efficiently for both the manufacturer and sales force. This process gave Symetri valuable insight and expertise that has helped to create a seamless system of data and information exchange. Symetri plans to roll out additional components for Sales Express prior to the April 2004 International Home Furnishings Market. Among the features planned for the next release are a new user interface and migration to the Microsoft .NET platform.
