Los Angeles KEM March Furniture & Accessories Show Bigger This Year

In 2005 Karel Exposition Management relocated its fast-growing Long Beach. Calif., show to a bigger venue in Los Angeles and just as President Larry Karel predicted, the show had a huge boost. “The turnout has been better than we could have imagined with more exhibitors and more buyers,” said Karel. “We had to make the move because the Long Beach Convention Center just couldn’t contain the amount of exhibitors wanting to participate in last year’s show. Our November 2005 show was even bigger than the March 2005 show and now that there has been some word of mouth, we are proud to be showcasing over 1000 booths in a 200,000 square feet facility!" Karel explained that strong business conditions have fueled the expansion and he expects the show to keep growing. “I am every excited because this show is going to be bigger and better than ever,” he concludes. The Los Angeles Furniture & Accessory Market takes place from Sunday, March 12 through Tuesday, March 14, 2006 in South Hall AB at the Los Angeles City Convention Center, 1201 South Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90015. Hours are 10:00 AM to 5 PM on Sunday and Monday, and 10:00 AM to 3 PM on Tuesday. The Market is open to the trade only, including retailers, buyers, distributors and designers. KEM’s next show will take place in Atlantic City from Sunday, May 7 through Tuesday, May 9, 2006. It has been thirteen years since KEM has had a show in the Atlantic City market.
