Oriental Weavers Named Best Area Rug Manufacturer

Oriental Weavers of America is proud to announce they have received the Hanley-Wood / World Floor Covering Association’s Award of Excellence after being voted "Best Overall Area Rug Manufacturer." The voting took place over a six-week period prior to the January Surfaces 2002 in Las Vegas. The top five nominees in each category were placed on a final ballet and made available to market attendees. "We are very pleased and proud to receive this award," said Paul D’huyvetter, senior vice president of Oriental Weavers of America. "We are very thankful for our customers and want to continue working with them to build even more successful partnerships." The Award of Excellence is a way for manufacturers’ customers – retailers, distributors, designers, etc. – to honor companies they feel consistently provide the best design, service, value, performance, quality, professionalism of sales force and management responsiveness in their respective flooring segments, as well as industry-wide.
