MGM Transport Announces Customer Contest Winner

Kim Smith, a Stanley Furniture sales representative, is the Grand Prize Winner of MGM Transport’s "See MGM on MGM" contest. She’ll be enjoying a vacation for four to MGM Studios in Orlando, Florida. MGM held the contest for its customers – including retailers, manufacturers and independent reps – to celebrate the launch of its new website, www.mgmtransport.com. Customers were asked to answer five questions featured on the new website and in the company newsletter, MGM Trailers. The answers could be found throughout the website. "The contest was a fun way to get our customers excited about the new look and useful features on our upgraded website, including on-line access to shipment information," explained Edward Massood, MGM’s president. Smith’s name was drawn at random from all the correct responses. A Grand Prize gift bag with details of the vacation package was delivered to Smith this week by an MGM truck and presented by an MGM sales representative. In addition, fifty Runners Up each received a $10 gift certificate to Blockbuster Video.
