The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) listed the common stock of Jennifer Convertibles, Inc. under the ticker symbol JEN. Jennifer Convertibles, Inc. specializes in the retail sale of a complete line of sofabeds and companion pieces, such as sofas, loveseats, chairs and recliners, designed and priced to appeal to a broad range of consumers. The Company operates stores under the Jennifer Convertibles and Jennifer Leather names and is the owner and licensor of the largest group of sofabed specialty retail stores and leather specialty retail stores in the United States.
