Rowe Fine Furniture Confirms Purchase of Clayton Marcus Company

Rowe Fine Furniture, Inc., confirmed that it has purchased Clayton Marcus Company from La-Z-Boy Incorporated. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Stefanie J. Clayton Marcus’ successful B. Smith Collection will continue and be further developed by Rowe.
