PROFITsystems, Inc., the leading retail management and accounting software provider for the furniture industry, has acquired EasyChair Software, a competing firm. EasyChair is located in Minneapolis, MN and has been in business since 1986.
The acquisition strengthens PROFITsystems’ status as the premier provider of revenue-enhancing software for the home goods industry. Both PROFITsystems and EasyChair clients will benefit from combining EasyChair’s expertise and unique features with PROFITsystems’ technological leadership and corporate strength.

PROFITsystems’ financial position is strengthened by both external and internal investors. The Riverside Company, a two billion dollar firm, is focused on PROFITsystems’ position as the leading solutions provider to home goods retailers around the world.
