Bobowski Named ISPA Vice President/CFO

Robert F. Bobowski, CPA, has been named vice president and chief financial officer for the International Sleep Products Association (ISPA) in Alexandria, Virginia. Mr. Bobowski will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the association. As the organization’s chief financial officer, he has responsibility for financial reporting, audit, tax matters, budgeting, and investments. He will ensure that ISPA resources are allocated in line with the budget and ISPA’s strategic plan initiatives. He will also oversee human resources and operations at ISPA. Prior to joining ISPA, Mr. Bobowski was Vice President and CFO of the National Community Pharmacists Association, where he also held the senior financial position. His 25-year career has focused on financial management in the non-profit arena and includes positions at the American Trucking Associations and SOS Children’s Villages USA. “Bob has a unique combination of skills that will be an important asset to ISPA and our members. We are delighted he’s joining our team,” said ISPA President Dick Doyle. Established in 1915, International Sleep Products Association is the trade organization for mattress manufacturers and their suppliers around the world. ISPA hosts the biennial ISPA EXPO trade shows and publishes BEDtimes and Sleep Savvy magazines.
