New Century Picture Expands Las Vegas Showroom

Management at New Century Picture Corporation, leading designers and manufacturers of high fashion premium quality wall décor, has announced the company is relocating its Las Vegas Gallery to the first floor of building A in the World Market Center. New Century Picture Corp.’s original Las Vegas Gallery was a 2500 square-foot venture in building B. The new showroom and gallery, located at WMC A-124 on the first floor in the original building “A”, represents nearly a two-fold expansion to 5,000 square-feet. The move in Las Vegas commemorates the beginning of a yearlong celebration of New Century Picture’s 25th Anniversary. Jerry Sharlin, CEO, already an industry veteran in 1984 when he founded New Century Picture, built the business on a few basic principles. “When you consider all my years in the business before starting New Century; years with major producers, I understood that there were a few things that we had to be extremely good at,” remarks CEO, Sharlin. Continuing he states, “First and foremost it is always about product. With so many ‘me-too’ companies, our emphasis was on creating wall decor that was distinctive. I think today New Century Picture remains amongst the best direct manufacturers of artwork.” Joining Sharlin ten years ago was Stan Terry, who is today the company president and chief operating officer. Bringing more than 15-years of experience in business management with him; Stan Terry is a champion of customer service. “We put the customer, and the customer's needs, first. We always treat each customer as if our business couldn’t run without them,” comments Stan Terry. In today’s tumultuous economy, New Century’s achievement of 25-years in business and still going strong is a significant milestone.” Thus far New Century Picture continues to be a vertical manufacturer and Terry has assembled a team of very talented artists and individuals who direct all departments from design to manufacturing to packaging. “It’s a given that our product has to be sensational, but a lot of companies have good product. Servicing our customer is paramount in our collective team mantra; we have become a customer-service organization that produces fashion-forward premium quality wall décor,” Terry adds. New Century Picture begins a year of exciting new product introductions beginning at the Las Vegas Market, with more than 150 new designs debuting that range from contemporary to traditional. The company is also introducing several Anniversary Celebration Special Promotions, which will be offered to customers in Las Vegas and High Point the first half of 2009. “We have some terrific programs and merchandise lined up that should help our customers wow the consumer and provide additional incentive to buy,” says Terry.
